We target post revenue companies typically in the $1M - $20M turnover range, meaning we are unlikely to invest in start-ups. But we are not restricted by business type or theme (for example we don’t focus solely on the technology sector, or on specific environmental themes) so aim to build a diversified portfolio of investments with a focus on international growth.
With a diverse background in accounting, finance, technology, venture capital and more, the team are uniquely positioned to source investment funds from both domestic and international investors and, as investors themselves, always take a long-term view with clients.

Bolster Capital Limited is an investment company. It has been established to provide credit lines to Bolster Trade Finance Limited, a trade finance business that supports New Zealand (NZ) importing, exporting and domestic-trading businesses, that need working capital to support their trade cycle.
Founded in mid-2021, Bolster Trade Finance Limited has grown significantly in a short space of time in both trade finance and domestic-based invoice finance. This growth is mainly due to their market differentiation (speed to deal with, and product offering), reputation and targeted marketing approach.

SpaceX has two primary business focuses: launch services, which is led by its revolutionary Starship rocket, and Starlink, its satellite internet business. Starship is the massive, next-generation rocket SpaceX is developing to be fully reusable, to launch cargo and people on missions to the moon and Mars. The company is testing prototypes at a facility in southern Texas and has flown multiple short test flights.
Starlink is the company’s plan to build an interconnected internet network with thousands of satellites, known in the space industry as a constellation. The project is designed to deliver high-speed internet to consumers anywhere on the planet. SpaceX has launched over 3,000+ Starlink satellites to date. The network has more than 1,000,000 users around the world.
Through our nominee entity we have access to secondary market positions in SpaceX and are regularly accepting new investors.
